me and my partner are working on a grant propsal where we find a problem in the community and we propse a grant to get it fixed. In our case we were talking about the piano in the NAC that is broken. Some of the keys dont play and the other keys are broken and its something you cant enjoy. Were proposing to have it fixed so that students can enjoy the piano thats a huge part of ccny culture. We wanted to choose the piano because everyone else would choose something like the escelators or elevators that dont work every other week.

Although were having a hard time coming up with convincing reasons to give a grant for the piano, were going to try to work with what we have and we hope it turns out well
